In the most recent edition of The Malibu Times (Nov. 13), a picture was published showing Rob Reiner and Jefferson “Zuma Jay” Wagner, neither of which have a legal residence in the City of Malibu. Yet, the picture shows them at a celebration of the passage of Measure R that will so negatively affect the future of us who are legal residents of the City of Malibu.
