A medical fund has been established for Courtney Jones, the 23-year-old woman who was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Topanga Canyon on Feb. 17.

Since the accident, Jones has been undergoing treatment at UCLA Medical Center. Her condition is slowly improving, but she remains in the Intensive Care Unit. Due to the high cost of her medical care, Jones’ family and friends have established the medical fund to help with expenses.

On Feb. 17, Jones was injured when the motorcycle she was riding on as a passenger collided with another vehicle on Topanga Canyon Boulevard about three miles north of Pacific Coast Highway. She was airlifted from the scene of the crash to UCLA Medical Center.
