Four Malibu soccer players played for team DMS11 in the U-18 division of the Nomad’s Soccer Tournament in San Diego, which took place Thanksgiving weekend. The four players were Malibu High School seniors Jake Nokes, Cameron Smoller and Toren Norris, and a former resident and MHS attendee, senior JoeMack Leonardo, who now resides in Ohio.
They won five of the six games played in the college showcase tournament to become a finalist in the championship game.Â
