At 6:30 a.m. on July 3, a dark colored Toyota sport utility vehicle ran into a 58 year-old white male motorcyclist on Mulholland Hwy. The collision occurred near the entrance of the Gelson’s Market, in the city of Calabasas. The Toyota driver left the scene without calling for help or providing information on the accident. The motorcyclist sustained severe neck injuries and broken ribs. The side mirror of the Toyota’s passenger side was broken off.
