City of Malibu

The City of Malibu is asking residents to participate in a Disaster Preparedness and Risk survey to provide a public forum to assess the level of disaster preparedness in the community and identify potential risk areas. The survey is being conducted in the communities of the Las Virgenes-Malibu Council of Governments (Malibu, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills and Westlake Village).

According to the city, the data gathered will help local officials plan for disasters and communicate with residents about steps to reduce the risk of disaster-related loss.
