Local musician Trinity Rose released “Miss You,” a duet with Aidan Gallagher. According to a statement shared by Rose’s mother, Jo Drummond, the song “is a story about love broken apart by distance.
“The song was actually written while the two friends were living apart during Trinity’s hiatus in New York. The two met on Instagram a few years ago through mutual friends,” Drummond said.
Previously, Rose competed on NBC’s “The Voice” as the youngest female contestant. She also attends Malibu High School, currently in her sophomore year.
Gallagher stars as a character on Netflix’s “The Umbrella Academy.”
“Miss You” is set to debut on all platforms on April 26.
