Our favorite Market’s gone now,
With all those special foods.
We miss the quality that was,
And that certain friendly mood.
And even though the sign out front,
Reminds us of the past.
The inner choice within the store
Is an unimpressive last.
How sad it is to see the change,
When it seems not for the best;
Surely, Malibu deserves something better —
Than a market like all the rest.
