A security guard shot an intruder on Friday at a property near the Encinal Canyon Road and Pusta Del Sol area of Malibu
According to Sgt. Braden at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station, the intruder entered the premises and began fighting with the security guard. The intruder then stabbed the security guard in the facial area. The guard retaliated by shooting the intruder three to four times in the face and upper torso.
Injuries sustained were non-threatening for both individuals, Braden said.
