Local band 2Cents is set to play a show at the Malibu Inn this Friday. The rock/metal band is made up of singer Adam O’Rourke and guitarist Dave O’Rourke, both from Malibu, along with guitarist Adair Cobley, bassist Jason Wendell, keyboardist Dan Racadio and drummer Willis Mathiasen.
This will be the group’s first local show in three years. During the last year and a half, the band has been on tour, traveling all over North America.
“We’re excited to play here in our hometown again and enjoy a fun evening with friends and fans,” Dave O’Rourke said.
The band is taking a break from recording their new album to play the show. They plan to perform several new songs at the event. The show is being put on with the help of Sicky Dicky Productions.
The show will take place at 8:30 Friday at the Malibu Inn, 22969 Pacific Coast Highway.
