The April 30 eviction deadline for Trancas Gardens Nursery has been rescinded by the owners of Trancas mall, Zuma Beach LLC. The owners of the nursery met Thursday, April 28 with attorneys from Los Angeles law firm Loeb & Loeb, who represent the mall’s owners. A letter sent from Loeb & Loeb attorney Linda Bernhardt Saturday to the Malibu City Council and City Manager Jim Thorsen confirmed the news. Bernhardt wrote in the letter that her clients “look forward to working with the Nursery on a new lease arrangement.”
