City to offer dog obedience classes

The City of Malibu and the Tony Rollins K-9 Academy are hosting dog obedience training on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. at Malibu Bluffs Park, according to a city release. In nine classes for a fee of $150, dogs will learn all of the basic commands including, come, sit and heel. Classes are designed to educate dogs as well as their owners in order to train the dogs to meet the owner’s lifestyle, says the K-9 academy. Classes are for the entire family and everyone is invited to participate and learn.

Classes have already begun and run through March 14.

Online registration is available here.
