Fifth grade student Tallia Efraim won the Point Dume Marine Science School Scripps Spelling Bee. She will compete in the Los Angeles Regional Spelling Bee on Feb. 8. Tallia is pictured with Beny Efraim, a second grade student who was the Primary School Winner and came in fifth place overall.
