The Malibu Playhouse will open its 2014-15 season with performances of Tony Award-winning play “The 39 Steps” beginning Oct. 15.
The fast-paced play is based on the Alfred Hitchcock film and was written by playwright Patrick Barlow.
Four actors will play 130 different characters throughout the 100 minute comedic thriller that is directed by Ron West and produced by Claudia Zahn and Rick D. Wasserman.
