Malibu barefoot runner Alberto Perusset ran three marathons in three days between Sept. 28 and 30 when he completed the Triple Marathon in Lake Tahoe. It was Perusset’s second time completing a triple marathon barefoot.
Perusset’s time the first day was 5:35, then 6:15 on the second day and 5:55 the third day, making his total time for three marathons 17 hours and five minutes. The last race on Sunday was his 25th barefoot marathon and 64th overall.
