Deputies Respond to Bank Robbery in Malibu

Malibu/Lost Hills sheriff’s deputies responded to an unarmed bank robbery call on Monday, Oct. 8, at approximately 10:31 a.m. in the City of Malibu.

The suspect obtained an unknown amount of U.S. currency from the bank and fled, according to a tweet from @LHSLASD. Deputies located and arrested the suspect without incident.

Malibu/Lost Hills officials were unable to provide any more information regarding the incident by the time The Malibu Times went to print Tuesday.
