Thanks for the article on Jan. 24 regarding Frontier service after the Malibu fire. 

The worst part is that Frontier is still billing me $145 monthly for internet and a landline  telephone service! 

Of course, we have not had any service since Nov. 8, 2018. Further, MCI for a long distance landline phone service is charging $22 monthly. 

How many times I called and wrote letters to both service carriers, but still no results. I’m so frustrated and angry!
