Going Bananas for Balloons

Balloon storyteller Annie “Banannie” filled the Malibu Library community room with bright colored balloons and big energy on Thursday afternoon. 

Children gathered with their families and friends to hear stories play-acted with colorful balloons transformed into characters. Children loved this interactive show, laughing, covering their ears at times—just in case a balloon was stretched a little too far and popped! Stories like Three Little Pigs had a lesson or two, disguised in the magic of the balloon art. Children lined up at the end of the show to receive a balloon character from the balloon storyteller Annie.
