Please keep reminding people about the LNG project for Port Hueneme. We need to keep vigilant! People in the Port Hueneme, Oxnard and Channel Islands area are working very hard to educate people as to the project and its risks. Tankers loaded with a volatile cargo of frozen gas plying our coast!
The plans include a platform with a pipeline, which will go under the Wetlands, schools and close to a residential area. Is nothing sacred?
This is an experimental project, never been done before. Why our beautiful and fragile coast, to say nothing of the creatures who inhabit it?
Just another Big Oil company, Billiton, Inc., indeed. Just what we need off our coast.
