Nearby resident Behrouz Yasmeh went missing on Thursday, Oct. 20, according to information provided by his friends and family. Ventura County Sheriff’s Department officials confirmed the LAPD would be handling the investigation.
Those searching for him say Yasmeh was last seen near Deer Creek Road on Pacific Coast Highway. They found his car, cell phone, wallet and keys the following day, Oct. 21.
Yasmeh is described as 62 years old, 5’9”, 225 pounds with a full beard and curly salt-and-pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue Adidas tracksuit with New Balance shoes.
