Malibu Little League (MLL), tryouts were held at Bluffs Park on Saturday and Sunday. More than 180 boys and girls ages 7-12 put on their A-game and showed coaches the power in their pitch, batting and catching, all to join either a softball or baseball team. Coach Len Simonian said, “This is MLL’s 60th year serving the community and the kids as a 100% volunteer organization. We are looking forward to another great season!” Don’t miss out, make-up tryouts are this Thursday, Jan. 16, from 3:30-5:00. Any child wanting to join MLL must try out. Opening Day is Saturday, March 1.
