Emily Zamourka is a viral sensation after being discovered in the LA Metro last month.

Being a big opera fan, I was amazed to see the homeless operatic singer who became famous overnight.

Emily Zamourka was discovered by a Los Angeles police officer singing in a Koreatown subway station, who taped her singing a famous operatic aria. She also told him about coming to Los Angeles from Russia more than 24 years ago with her violin, which was stolen from her and broken.

After the video of her went viral online, she has received over $75,000 on her GoFundMe page.

In addition, she performed at the grand opening, this weekend, of Little Italy in San Pedro.

Finally, I am sure that she will continue performing and playing the violin, as she was just offered a recording contract from Joel Diamond, CEO and president of Silver Blue Records. AMAZING!
