An artist reception for “Fred Read’s Dreams,” an exhibit featuring works by Malibu resident and American decoupage artist Fred Read, is scheduled to take place Saturday at Diesel, A Bookstore in Cross Creek Plaza. The reception begins at 5 p.m., and will feature 11 of Read’s hand-made collages created from photographic images from a wide variety of print sources.
