I am a Malibu resident and volunteer for the Malibu Stage Co. On Feb. 3, you reported a small claims dispute regarding the Malibu Stage Co.
I believe the stage company is an asset to the community. It is a volunteer organization and depends on the community for its support. For you to print this article knowing the matter will be adjudicated on Feb. 14 strikes me as sensationalism.
I note there was no mention anywhere in your paper of the Feb 5 reading by Mr. Ed Asner of “Frank Barth” nor the Feb. 12 reading. Why is that less newsworthy?
