Anybody who has ever had a billing issue with Frontier Communications knows the company’s business model is a unique blend of incompetency and dishonesty. It will make promises it will never honor and it will eventually threaten to turn you over to a collection agency in the hopes you will finally surrender and pay their inflated, inaccurate bills. Despite phony assurances to the media, they continue to make Malibu customers jump through hoops to get credit for the weeks and months of non-service resulting from the wildfires. The only pressure Frontier will respond to is regulatory pressure from the state or local agencies. Their license to operate should be put in jeopardy. Otherwise, the worst company in America will continue to frustrate and exploit its dwindling client base.
