Maureen Haldeman, a local artist, hosted an opening night reception for an exhibit of her work that is now on display through August 17 at the D’Andrea/Bieck Gallery. Her exhibit, “Liquid Light,” is a series of 16 photographs printed on aluminum. Author Jennifer Jones and gallery owner Kathleen Bieck were among those who attended the opening night party.
Haldeman designed “Liquid Light” to explore the transformational, spiritual and physical qualities of the ocean.
