Let’s end the rhetoric and finger-pointing, and the numbing political noise. If we don’t get an independent investigation of what went wrong with the Katrina response, we will never know what we need to know in order to have a better response next time. And next time could be right in our back yard, with an earthquake, terrorist attack, or other disaster.
Urge your representatives to support an independent investigation of the Katrina response. It’s in all of our best interests, regardless of political party or skin color.
