A pursuit that began in rural Little Rock, near Palmdale came through Malibu on Pacific Coast Highway Wednesday afternoon about 4:20 p.m. CHP were pursuing a woman driving a U-Haul truck that Little Rock Sheriff’s officials said the woman stole.
Police in Little Rock were investigating an unrelated stolen vehicle report when the woman saw them and jumped into the truck that a third party had rented. The pursuit began and traveled to West Los Angeles and ended up in Malibu.
It is not known what is in the U-Haul truck.
As of 4:36 p.m., the woman was still traveling on PCH in northern Malibu, close to the Ventura County line with CHP in pursuit.
