Construction on Malibu Canyon Road, which had been scheduled to take place in the evenings, will now occur on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Public Works Department of Road Maintenance. The resurfacing project will repair unsatisfactory spots of the road. Drivers should expect delays of at least 20 minutes due to the availability of only one lane during construction.
