A Nissan pickup truck driving on Pacific Coast Highway at Los Flores Canyon Road slammed into a Honda Tuesday afternoon. The driver of the pickup truck was transported to a hospital complaining of chest pains. His passenger and the woman driving the Honda were uninjured.
