Westbound PCH Lanes Blocked at Las Flores Canyon Road Due to Traffic Collision

The collision forced a closure at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores Canyon Road. It was one of just a handful of rain-related collisions that occurred across Malibu during last week's heavy rain.

A collision at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores Canyon Road has blocked both westbound lanes on PCH, according to a spokesperson for the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff’s Station. The eastbound lanes are open, but are moving slowly; expect delays. 

“One of our deputies rolled up on it [the scene],” the spokesperson said, adding that the collision occurred around 5:10 p.m.

There is no estimated time as to when the westbound lanes will reopen.

An alert from the City of Malibu said to “expect ongoing delays in both directions.”
