The Malibu AYSO girls U12 team, also known as the Screaming Parrots, won Regional Finals at Malibu Bluffs Park on Nov. 12 to add to a six-game regular season winning streak.
Led by coaches Vince Bradley and Brian O’Neill, the Screaming Parrots defeated the Queen Bees 2-1 despite rain and windy conditions. Area 10e League Championships on Dec. 12-13 are next up for the Screaming Parrots, where the team will attempt to advance to the section tournament in February.
