The City of Malibu Senior Center is scheduled host the presentation “Health, Wellness and Wholeness” Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at City Hall, according to a release.
The seminar will be presented by Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and demonstrate how emotional and physical fitness, and attitude correlate. The seminar will also go over how establishing social networks and social support can benefit attendees as well as their friends, family and community.
