The Malibu Association of Realtors had its first general membership meeting of 2011 at Duke’s Malibu recently. The event was led by association president Dan Ross and featured guest speakers Gov. Hutchinson, assistant senior council for the California Association of Realtors, and Kathy Mehringer, member of the California Association of Realtors Distressed Properties Task Force.
