Enjoy with a side of chips and beer, or by itself and a glass of water.
Bean Salad
1 12-oz. can each:
Kidney beans
Pinto beans
Garbanzo beans
Corn
Black olives
Chopped tomatoes; drained
8-oz. package blue cheese
2 Tbs. (or to taste) raspberry vinaigrette
Mix all ingredients together, serve chilled.
