Malibu resident Jeff Janov won six of eight races with his sail boat Dark Star at the 2011 Rolex Farr 40 North American Championship in Long Beach over Memorial Day weekend. Janov was awarded a Rolex Submariner wristwatch along with his trophy at the competition.
“We had amazing competition [against] some great sailors,” Janov said.
