Julia Townsend, Malibu resident and track and field athlete, signed a track scholarship with Concordia University in Irvine, Calif. recently. She will begin competing in the fall for both the indoor and outdoor track teams.
“I feel I have made the right choice and look forward to being an Eagle,” Townsend said.
Townsend attended Webster Elementary School, Our Lady of Malibu School and Louisville High School.
