Scheduled Lane Closures on Eastbound PCH Eastbound traffic on the PCH should expect minor delays near Cross Creek Road from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 10-11. Caltrans maintenance crews will be performing routine tree trimming at those times and traffic will be down to one lane.
