Three years after a fatal 2015 car crash, Caitlyn Jenner will pay $800,000 in settlement, according to ABC News

The crash, which took place on Pacific Coast Highway near Solstice Canyon, left one motorist dead and several others injured.

The injured included local musician Peter Wolf-Millesi, his wife Lea, their two children and Lea’s mother.

According to reports, injuries sustained by the family included cervical spine fracture to severe nerve injuries and blunt trauma. The only one left without physical injuries was Gaetano Wolf-Millesi, Peter’s youngest child.

At the time, Jenner’s attorney told ABC News: “We are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would be inappropriate. A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter.”

The former Olympian will pay for the family’s medical and attorney costs.
