Charlot Passov Evans died March 6.
Evans moved to Malibu in 1954 after she and her late husband, Ed, bought a home off Malibu Road. She and Ed had been walking on the beach together for the past few decades.
Evans is survived by her son, Jack, her daughter-in-law, Deidre, her grandson, Hunter and her dog, Friday. A memorial service will take place at her home on March 13 at 2 p.m. Call 301.457.3930 for more information.
