It bothers me that in the last election only 32 percent of the Malibu voters turned out to cast their ballot. To think that this is a freedom so many people take for granted is a shame. Don’t the citizens of Malibu care what goes on in our small community or are they just too apathetic to leave their homes and go to the polls? I beg all of the Malibu people to think about what you are doing when you do not bother to vote and think of all the people in other countries that do not have this right. What would you do if you were one of them? On April 9, go out to the polls and show that you do care about this wonderful city, or don’t complain if things don’t go the way you want.
