A motorcyclist fell about 100 feet over the side of the road in Malibu at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning, according to Dept. Defanso with the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s station.
The solo male motorcyclist fell at the intersection of Las Flores Canyon and Rambla Pacifico roads.
“The [motorcyclist] was airlifted to UCLA with a compound fracture to his left leg,” Dept. Defanso said.
Roads remained open while the Malibu Search and Rescue Team worked with members of the L.A. County Fire Dept. to get the victim back up to the road.
