A quick reaction by a close-knit neighborhood potentially saved many homes.
At 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, a fire started in front of a home in Latigo Cove. The entire Latigo Cove community reacted quickly, using a recently purchased fire hose to put the fire in control before the fire department arrived.
This is a good example of what a well-prepared neighborhood can accomplish and a reminder to all of us to work together to plan for emergencies. Thank you, Latigo Cove, for this good example and important reminder.
