“I’m thrilled that proposition eight has the possibility of being overturned, that gay people will be treated equally and the possibility of equal rights for gay people will exist. Because once you don’t have equal rights for any segment of the population, it’s bad because people can beat them up, kill them. We’re living in a society where we have gone beyond that.”

Kiley King

“The 9th circuit decision over turning it is the right decision. We hope that if it goes to the Supreme Court they uphold the 9th circuit decision. I think it’s the right one.”

Connor Shewmake

“I think marriage should be defined by the majority of the United States, like the people. I don’t think it’s so much government regulated. My personal beliefs are that marriage is between a man and a woman, but that’s me. So my opinion is that the government shouldn’t have a say and that the people should vote on it. Which means whether or not I agree, that’s the vote of the people.”

Sam Vaughn

“I am kind of indifferent to it, personally. I see it as it’s their lifestyle and it’s not really my business to judge them or see anything different about them because that’s the way that they live and that’s the way that they are.”
