Students at Webster Elementary dressed up as their favorite Dr. Seuss characters on Monday, March 2, to celebrate National Read Across America Day and also what would have been Dr. Seuss’ 111th birthday. Thousands of schools across the country participated in the 18th annual reading day with read-alongs and reading marathons uniting children and teens with a love of books and reading.Â
