A cement truck overturned on Topanga Canyon Boulevard Friday, causing a road closure for several hours. The accident occurred about 11:30 a.m. According to California Highway Patrol, 40 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the road and about 30 feet of guard rail was damaged. Bystanders told The Malibu Times the driver of the truck sustained a minor injury to his arm.
