Six finalists competed for cash prizes at the Malibu Optimist Club’s 56th annual oratorical contest last week at Pepperdine’s Riatt Recital Hall. Josh Park took first place and $300, Carina Marazzi took second place and $200 and Charles Beck took third place and $100.
