The Malibu High School girls varsity water polo team commemorated the accomplishments of its senior players during the last home game of the season with Senior Day last Friday. The Sharks celebrated the day by earning a decisive 16-2 victory over Nordhoff High School.
“Senior day is always bittersweet,” coach Meredith Butte said. “On one hand you are honoring your treasured seniors, but on the other hand you are also bidding them farewell. This year we had some amazing talent, dedication and leadership from our seniors. Each one of them brought something different to our already dynamic team.”
