Malibu Association
of Realtors directors
recently traveled to
Sacramento for the annual
Legislation Day event,
which is an opportunity
for Realtors to lobby for
property rights and promote
bills that encourage
home ownership. At
the event, Governor Jerry
Brown spoke and the
Realtors visited the capitol building to meet with legislators. About 2,500 California Realtors were in attendance. MAR members, including president Matt Ogden, past president Bobby Lehmkuhl, president-elect Meril May and former president William Preston Bowling all attended the event.
