The Malibu Senior Center will host a Caregiver Support Group on the first Monday of every month, including Monday, June 1. The program, sponsored by The Listening Post, will be led by a trained applied positive psychology coach and registered nurse practitioner.
“This support group will provide a safe and confidential place to express your true feelings, feel understood, and obtain helpful information from peers and professionals,” according to a press release issued by the City.
The group will meet from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Malibu City Hall Multipurpose Room, located at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road. For more information, call 310.456.2489 ext. 357.
