“Malibu Lagoon” is one of Malibu artist Jacquelyn Blue’s two pastels chosen by the Pastel Society of the West Coast for inclusion in its annual membership show at the Vacaville Museum of Art. The work will be on display at the museum, located at 213 Buck Ave. in Vacaville, from Oct. 4 to Oct. 31.
